HER MOM BODY

A mom-first movement turned music project.

About Her Mom Body

Her Mom Body exists to help moms reclaim their strength, make fitness realistic for their busy lives, and build a community of moms who unapologetically prioritize their health. Empowering, motivational, and uplifting, it celebrates every mom's body and journey, expert-led but never intimidating, meeting moms exactly where they are and reminding them that they are capable of more than they know. Moms at every stage, pregnant, postpartum, and beyond, are part of this, women who want to feel strong, healthy, and confident in their mom body, with realistic, effective guidance that fits into real life.

Her Mom Body is a mom first movement turned music project, built by a Miami based runner, entrepreneur, and mother of two who got tired of fitness advice that didn't fit real life. What started as a brand for busy moms who want to feel strong without chasing perfect became a sound, songs about showing up honest, taking up space, and running the mile in front of you instead of waiting for a perfect one that never comes.

Debut project One Life, No Rewind spans indie pop, neo soul, and 90s inspired hip hop and R&B, six songs pulled straight from real life, 5Ks around Miami-Dade and Broward county, a mother and brothers cheering from the curb, and the simple decision to stop performing for anyone else's approval.

Lyrics — One Life, No Rewind

1. Her Mom Body

Diapers in one hand, dumbbells in the other This one's for every unstoppable mother Up before the sun, up before my coffee's hot Middle of the night feedings, now I'm hitting every rep I got Don't need a mirror's version of what strong's supposed to be I just need five minutes and the strength that's already in me No more sorry for taking up the room No more someday, I'm starting it soon This is her mom body, stretched and scarred and strong Carried every mile, carried all along Not asking permission, not shrinking down to fit This is her mom body, and I'm proud of every bit Real life, not a highlight reel, I train between the chaos Snacks all over the back seat, watch me still hit the pavement Every mom here beside me, we lift each other up Realistic, relentless, we've already done enough This is her mom body, stretched and scarred and strong Carried every mile, carried all along Not asking permission, not shrinking down to fit This is her mom body, and I'm proud of every bit Her Mom Body, this is who I am Her Mom Body, watch me, here I stand

2. Bad Ass Mom-ary

Another a x hit, count it off, here we go Every version of me keeps starting to grow I'm not the woman that I used to be Yesterday's finish line is history Every goal I hit, I set another one Chasing better till the better's done Call me bad ass mom-ary That's the mark I'm gonna leave Every step, every scar, that's my legacy Bad ass mom-ary, watch me achieve Never stopping, always chasing more Bad ass mom-ary, that's what I'm here for Bettering myself is the whole design Not chasing perfect, chasing mine Every goal's a rung, I keep climbing higher Turning every setback into fire Call me bad ass mom-ary That's the mark I'm gonna leave Every step, every scar, that's my legacy Bad ass mom-ary, watch me achieve Never stopping, always chasing more Bad ass mom-ary, that's what I'm here for They asked what's the goal, I said the next one Every mountain that I climb, I'm already onto the next run Momentary wins stack into something permanent That's the bad ass mom-ary, that's the testament Call me bad ass mom-ary That's the mark I'm gonna leave Every step, every scar, that's my legacy Bad ass mom-ary, watch me achieve Never stopping, always chasing more Bad ass mom-ary, that's what I'm here for Bad ass mom-ary, that's my name Bad ass mom-ary, watch me claim it

3. Unbothered

Yo A X, This one's real No mask, no script, no room to perform in Just her, walking in exactly as she's built Walk in the room, don't change a single thing Same laugh, same walk, same everything That's why they lean in when she speaks Nothing rehearsed, nothing she has to keep She's unbothered, moving at her own pace Let the noise talk, she don't need the space Heard it, felt it, let it pass right through Living her life the only way she knew Opinions come, she nods and keeps it moving Not cold hearted, just refuses losing Peace with herself, that's the only proving Every day's a page, and she keeps improving She's unbothered, moving at her own pace Let the noise talk, she don't need the space Heard it, felt it, let it pass right through Living her life the only way she knew This life ain't a rehearsal, it's the only take we get No second act, no do over, no reset So she moves like it matters, like every hour's a debt Paid back in the living, no room for regret She ain't chasing nobody's picture of a woman She's building her own, brick by brick, human Everything she pictures for herself, she's coming for it Not asking, not begging, she already earned it She's unbothered, moving at her own pace Let the noise talk, she don't need the space Heard it, felt it, let it pass right through Living her life the only way she knew Unbothered, that's the only way she's known Unbothered, building a life she calls her own

4. Say What You Want,

A. X. Run this back I stopped asking who they wanted me to be Turns out the room already liked me I don't dress it up, don't dim the light Same woman in the day as I am at night Say what you heard, say what you assume I'm still gonna walk the same way in the room Say what you want, I already know who I am Talk keeps moving, I ain't holding it in my hand One life, no rewind, so I move like it's mine Say what you want, I'm not asking permission this time I used to shrink to fit somebody's frame Now I take up space and I say my own name Not chasing quiet just to keep the peace I'd rather be real than easy to please Say what you want, I already know who I am Talk keeps moving, I ain't holding it in my hand One life, no rewind, so I move like it's mine Say what you want, I'm not asking permission this time I ain't running from what people think, I just don't stop to listen Every version of me before this one, I built it, I'm not missing One shot at this, no dress rehearsal, no do over coming So I move like today's the only proof that I was ever running I don't owe nobody comfort for the space that I take Every step I'm taking now is one I chose to make Not sorry, not shrinking, not asking who's okay with it I already decided who I am, I'm just living in it Let them talk I'll still be standing right here Let them stare I've been myself for years Say what you want, I already know who I am Talk keeps moving, I ain't holding it in my hand One life, no rewind, so I move like it's mine Say what you want, I'm not asking permission this time Say what you want That's not my problem Say what you want I already solved it

6. The Honest Mile

Five a.m., and I'm still tired But I lace up anyway, that's the honest part Some days I don't want to run at all Some days my body's asking me to fall But I show up messy, no filter, no fake This is the honest mile I'm choosing to take These are the honest miles, not the pretty kind Every step's the truth I used to leave behind Momma believes in me when I don't believe myself Brothers keep pushing when I need the help These are the honest miles, and I'm still here Two kids watching how their momma moves Not for the medal, but the proof That honest and tired can still get it done These are the honest miles I run These are the honest miles, not the pretty kind Every step's the truth I used to leave behind Momma believes in me when I don't believe myself Brothers keep pushing when I need the help These are the honest miles, and I'm still hereProducer ad-lib: A X, let the flute talk Bridge (Strong Female Voice): Nobody talks about the miles where you cry Nobody talks about the days your legs feel like somebody else's But I kept going. Not because it was easy. Because it was honest And honest was enough These are the honest miles, not the pretty kind Every step's the truth I used to leave behind Momma believes in me when I don't believe myself Brothers keep pushing when I need the help These are the honest miles, and I'm still here The Honest Miles, that's the truth of it The Honest Miles, and I'm proud of it
