Privacy policy
The short version: no ads, no tracking pixels, no selling your data. Last updated September 25, 2026.
Who we are
This website, imaspacex.com, is run by ASPACEX. This policy explains what the site collects when you use it, why, and what happens to it.
Questions about privacy can go to [email protected].
What we collect
When you join the list
Your email address, which list you joined (new drops, or The Glitch in My Heart language versions), the page you signed up on, the time, and a note of what you agreed to. Signups are double opt in: nothing is sent to you except the confirmation email until you click the link in it.
When you send a project inquiry
What you type into the brief on Work with me: your name, email address, the artist, brand or project, the kind of project, budget range, timeline, any links and your message.
When you click a streaming or smart link
Links to Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music, and short links like /go/music, pass through this site first so ASPACEX can count which songs and links people use. For each click we store the time, which link or release and platform, the website you came from (only its domain), a rough browser family (for example "Safari"), and, when the site runs behind Cloudflare, a two letter country code. We do not store your IP address. We store a salted, one way hash of it, which lets us count unique visitors roughly without being able to work out the address. Known link preview bots are not counted.
Technical records
Like any website, the server keeps ordinary logs (the page requested, the time, the IP address, the browser's user agent). To stop form abuse, the IP address a form was sent from is held briefly to limit how many times it can be sent per hour, and the saved signup or inquiry keeps only a hashed version of it.
How we use it
- To send you the emails you asked for: a confirmation, then new releases or Glitch language drops.
- To read and answer your project inquiry, and to send you a copy of it.
- To see which songs, platforms and links people use, in totals and trends, not as profiles of people.
- To keep the site working and to stop automated abuse of the forms.
We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not share your details with anyone except the services below, which only handle it to run this site.
Cookies and storage
The public pages of this site set no cookies of their own.
The music player at the bottom of the screen remembers the last song you played so it can offer it back on your next visit. It keeps that in your browser's local storage (under the name aspx.lastTrack): the song title, artist, cover and player link. It never leaves your device, and closing the player or clearing your browser data removes it.
The Apple Music and Spotify players are only loaded when you press play. Once loaded, they are pages from Apple or Spotify inside this one, and they may set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies.
Other services involved
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server this site is on.
- Our email provider, which delivers the confirmation, list and inquiry emails.
- Apple Music and Spotify, for the players, only after you press play. See the Apple privacy policy and the Spotify privacy policy.
- Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music when you follow a streaming link to them.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces, and jsDelivr, which serves the animation scripts. Your browser requests these files directly, so those services see your IP address.
How long we keep it
- List signups: while you are subscribed. An unconfirmed signup's link expires after 7 days.
- Project inquiries: as long as they are useful for the conversation and any project that follows, then they are deleted.
- Click counts: kept as totals and trends. They hold no IP addresses, only the hashes described above.
Your choices
- Every list email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
- You can use the whole site without joining the list or pressing play on an embedded player.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes too, and the date at the top is updated.
