Terms of use
Plain language, no surprises. Last updated September 25, 2026.
Agreement
By using imaspacex.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The music and lyrics
The songs, lyrics, cover art, text and design on this site belong to ASPACEX or to the projects he produces (The Pew Estate and Her Mom Body), unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to listen, read, and share links to any page. Please do not copy, republish, sell or upload the lyrics, artwork or audio elsewhere without written permission.
How the music is made
ASPACEX writes the lyrics. AI suggests edits, and the music, including the vocals and instruments, is generated with Suno from his prompts, then curated by him. The site describes this openly and does not claim live studio sessions, session musicians or hired vocalists.
The fan list
Joining the list means you agree to receive emails about new releases or The Glitch in My Heart language versions, depending on the list you chose. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. See the privacy policy for what is stored.
Project inquiries
Sending a brief through Work with me starts a conversation. It is not an order, a quote or a contract, and neither side is committed to anything by it. Scope, price, timing, rights, ownership and release of any work are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts. Please do not send anything confidential in the form.
Players and other sites
The music players on this site are provided by Apple Music and Spotify, and streaming links take you to Spotify, Apple Music or Amazon Music. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and ASPACEX is not responsible for them. Release dates shown for upcoming versions are targets and can change.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated form submissions, and nothing unlawful. Access may be limited for anyone who does.
Liability and law
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, ASPACEX is not liable for losses from using the site.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes and contact
These terms may change, and the date at the top will show when. Questions: [email protected].
